Adhering to the strategic goal of “maintaining independent innovation, mastering core technology, leading technology development and building brand image”, our independent research and development dynamic air bearing break through the technological monopoly of a few countries and our independent brand energy-efficient turbo blower has been widely used in sewage water treatment industry, cement industry, food and drug industry, petrochemical industry, printing and dyeing industry, metallurgical industry, textile industry, power plant industry etc.
Through persistent technical research and consistent quality management, we have formed mature turbo blower business system based on dynamic air bearing technology as the core, high speed fluid machinery as the support and energy-saving scheme as the feature. Our turbo blower service combo includes solution proposal, turbo blower production, installation and commissioning and user training.
With hundreds of advanced production, processing and testing equipment imported from United States,Germany and Japan, we have achieved an annual output capabilityof 500 sets of energy-efficient turbo blowers. We have passed 1S09001 quality management system.
We always attach importance to R&D of new products. By adhering to the concept of “striving forexcellence” and through persistent independent innovation, we have won more than 60 invention patents and utility model patents. Now we have set up a R&D team with more than 40 members and formed strong capability in product R&D. In cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we have established a series of R&D laboratory including: Air Bearing Theory and Design Research Laboratory, Air Bearing Manufacturing and Testing Laboratory, High-speed Rotor Laboratory, High-speed Motor Laboratory and Fluid Pneumatic Laboratory etc. We are also a double Academician Workstation enterprise of Mr. Tang Renyuan who is academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Mr. Liu Tun who is academician of Russian Academy of Aerospace Sciences.
